Marketing and E-commerce Administrator

The Marketing and E-commerce Administrator will provide executive, administrative, and development support to the Vice President of Marketing and E-commerce. This role serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies and acts as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams. The position involves organizing and coordinating executive outreach and external relations efforts, as well as overseeing special projects.

• Assist the Vice President with daily administrative duties, including managing an active calendar, completing expense reports, and arranging travel plans.
• Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings both internally and externally.
• Communicate on behalf of the Vice President with Board members and management team regarding programmatic initiatives.
• Prepare and coordinate oral and written communication with stakeholders.
• Support external commitments related to committees, events, and public relations.
• Serve as administrative liaison to external teams, coordinating meetings and events.
• Maintain confidential files and contact information, and coordinate meetings and conferences.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience managing support for upper-level management.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft 365, Teams, Word, and other software.
• Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
• Excellent writing, editing, and research skills.
