Job Description

Summary

Support day-to-day operations for an online marketplace connecting customers with an expanded assortment of brands and products. Coordinate with vendors, stores, customer service, and other teams to resolve issues, maintain service standards, and improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an operational contact for vendors and stores, answering process questions and troubleshooting issues.
  • Research and resolve operational and financial disputes using transaction, shipment, and supporting records.
  • Reconcile financial credits and inventory ownership accurately.
  • Provide partners with performance feedback and support service-level enforcement and corrective actions.
  • Track recurring issues, analyze reports, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Collaborate on operational initiatives and special projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience in operations, retail, or e-commerce.
  • Strong organization, problem-solving, communication, ownership, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and learn processes quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Marketplace or retail operations experience and familiarity with luxury or premium brands are preferred.
