As a Massage Therapist at Spa Nordstrom, you will provide clients with a soothing spa experience, enhancing their physical and emotional well-being through a range of massage services. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.

• Greet clients and conduct thorough consultations to assess individual needs.
• Provide professional massage services, including deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone, sports, and pre-natal massages.
• Offer additional services such as foot soaks and refreshments.
• Recommend retail products to clients and follow up on services.
• Build lasting relationships with clients by suggesting new products and services and inviting them to events.
• Continuously seek new product knowledge to drive sales and service.

• Demonstrated knowledge of comprehensive massage therapy; previous spa experience preferred.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients and coworkers.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission environment.
• Proof of all required licensing by the state.
