- Offer bespoke recommendations and advice on skincare treatments and products.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of treatment rooms.
- Greet guests and explain the process of the spa experience.
- Perform spa treatments and customize them to address guest needs and contraindications.
- Ensure treatment rooms are kept clean and orderly.
- Clean and sterilize tools and equipment.
- Possess thorough knowledge of spa menu and products to assist guests with information and recommendations.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding client information.
- Ensure products and supplies are used in proper amounts and adequately stocked.
- Monitor spa equipment and notify management of any maintenance or repair needs.
- Communicate operational needs to management and report any issues involving staff or clients.
- Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
Requirements- Dual license preferred (NYS Esthetics License and NYS Massage Therapy License).
- Three years of experience working as a massage therapist or esthetician in a luxury establishment or with a luxury skincare brand.
- Excellent knowledge of luxury service standards.
- Mastery of facial and massage techniques.
- Knowledge of high-tech treatment devices is an advantage.
- Team player with attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with empathy.
