Material Handler

As a Material Handler in Lewisville, TX, you will play a crucial role in the distribution and logistics operations, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of eyewear returns and credits. You will be the primary point of contact for Luxottica's After Sales Eyewear Returns, working in a dynamic environment that values efficiency and innovation.

• Serve as the primary contact for Luxottica's After Sales Eyewear Returns.
• Ensure accuracy and timely processing of credits.
• Communicate professionally with business stakeholders regarding status, obstacles, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with After Sales leadership on issues, status, and resolutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to support business needs.
• Achieve Key Performance Indicators and manage trouble log and resolution SOPs.

• Excellent communication skills and organization.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Outlook.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadline requests.
• Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated with excellent mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to multi-task and flex between roles.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Customer Service Experience and knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management System.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus.
