Job Description

Summary

As a Media Assistant at Louis Vuitton, you will support the Media team across all online and offline channels and campaigns, ensuring operational excellence. You will lead internal media tracking, supervise team finances, and assist with offline material production.

Responsibilities
  • Manage details and daily updates for all channels in internal media tool.
  • Oversee Magazine & Newspaper room archive, ensuring organization and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain internal trackers with the latest publisher and print insertion information.
  • Gather and organize publisher’s media kits and metrics.
  • Issue media authorizations to agencies in a timely manner.
  • Update internal reporting on a quarterly basis.
  • Complete competitive tracking and ad hoc projects.
  • Create, facilitate approvals, and track all PO’s for vendor payments.
  • Cross check and process incoming invoices.
  • Reconcile monthly billing with media budget.
  • Manage print production calendar and material deadlines.
  • Coordinate lightbox creative production during campaign changes.
Requirements
  • Keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and lead projects independently.
  • Strong work ethic and quick learning ability.
  • Problem-solving skills and excellent decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to take direction well and work closely with Media Coordinators, Managers, and Director.
  • Partner closely with external agencies and internal teams.
