Summary
Lead planning and execution of advertising and communications for the Caribbean and Latin America region, delivering integrated media strategies across traditional and digital platforms with a luxury focus. Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to drive brand visibility, editorial amplification, campaign performance, and financial discipline.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated media plans across print, outdoor, press, social, SEM, affiliate, display, and programmatic channels.
- Evaluate media opportunities for brand alignment and negotiate premium placements with media partners.
- Coordinate approvals, budgets, and production workflows with Rome headquarters and regional teams.
- Align media investments with PR and E-Commerce to support storytelling and performance goals.
- Drive digital activations, creator campaigns, and editorial amplification across platforms.
- Manage campaign tagging, tracking, analytics, and deliver post-campaign reports to leadership.
- Maintain media budget tracking, purchase orders, invoice processing, and Co-Op agreements with business partners.
- Partner with agencies to ensure flawless execution and reconcile agency invoicing.
- Monitor media trends and deliver market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in media planning and buying within luxury, fashion, or premium lifestyle sectors.
- Proven expertise in digital media, performance marketing, and traditional luxury channels.
- Deep understanding of the Latin American media landscape and affluent consumer behavior.
- Skilled in campaign optimization platforms, media analytics tools, and financial oversight for budgets.
- Experience managing Co-Op media plans and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
- Strong communication skills and cultural fluency in luxury brand storytelling.
- Agility, sense of urgency, and fluency in Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
