Job Description

Summary

The Media Marketing Lead, Paid Social will spearhead the strategic development and execution of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. This role is crucial in enhancing the brand's digital presence, driving customer acquisition, brand affinity, and revenue growth through data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities
  • Define and implement a paid social strategy that aligns with the brand's luxury positioning and business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team, promoting a culture of creativity and performance.
  • Build relationships with platform partners to leverage innovation and exclusive opportunities.
  • Manage the Paid Social Media budget, including forecasting and tracking.
  • Oversee campaign planning, audience segmentation, and media buying.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to ensure assets are optimized and aligned with seasonal narratives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for future strategies.
  • Partner with eCommerce, CRM, and Global Brand teams to integrate paid social across the customer journey.
Requirements
  • 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on paid social within luxury, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale budgets and delivering results in brand-sensitive environments.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and emerging platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like GA4, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and digital media trends.
