Summary
Lead strategic development and execution of paid brand advertising across out of home, print, and publisher partnerships for North America. Own day to day campaign operations, media buying, partner selection, budget tracking, and cross functional alignment to drive brand visibility and performance.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic planning, execution, and optimization of 360 degree paid media campaigns across North America
- Lead day to day campaign operations including media planning, audience segmentation, and creative briefings
- Oversee media buying across print, out of home, and digital ensuring brand safe placements
- Manage RFP processes, vendor selection, and agency relationships
- Collaborate with paid social and performance teams for full funnel alignment
- Track and facilitate media budgets including PO creation, invoicing, and reconciliation
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and produce post campaign reports and insights
- Drive innovation by identifying new offline and online executions and tools
- Manage and mentor a direct report to support team growth and delivery
Requirements
- Experience in media marketing ideally within lifestyle or fashion brand or agency
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred
- Proven ability to manage large scale budgets and deliver measurable outcomes
- Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with advanced PowerPoint ability
- Deep knowledge of luxury consumer behavior and offline and online media trends
- Demonstrated success designing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns
- Highly organized, self motivated, and able to manage multiple initiatives independently
