Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers providing exceptional service and hospitality
- Deliver memorable in store experiences and elevate customer interactions
- Maintain customer correspondence to build relationships and drive sales
- Drive full price volume across product pillars and meet sales goals
- Utilize technology and virtual selling for client outreach
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across collections
- Support product launches, special events, inventory and store projects
- Perform opening and closing store duties and follow company policies
- Maintain professional appearance and communicate with management and peers
Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior relevant work experience
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building ability
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi task and work in high pressure environments
- Self starter with a proactive mindset and passion for learning
- Positive energy and genuine desire to work with people
- Proficiency in English; other languages a plus
