Merchandise Coordinator - Lighting and Decor

As a Merchandise Coordinator for Lighting and Decor at RH, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product integrity and ensuring seamless operations within our system. You will collaborate with various teams to manage product setups, samples, and catalog proofing, contributing to the overall success of our merchandise offerings.

• Maintain product integrity in our system.
• Set up and maintain SKU items for all departments.
• Input Estimated Landing Calculator (ELC) calculations for all imported goods.
• Order photo samples and partner with Sourcing/Creative teams to communicate needs and track progress.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse team to open and set up samples as needed.
• Act as a conduit of information, materials, and samples to all cross-functional teams.
• Participate in the proofing process of catalogs, including naming, copy, and dimensions.
• Initiate requests and follow up on packaging, signage, and collateral associated with each product.
• Compile PI sheets for all new products.

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-2 years of work experience.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Strong knowledge of Excel preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Strong detail orientation and thoroughness.
• High degree of flexibility and initiative.
