Job Description

Summary

As a Merchandise Management Associate at Neiman Marcus Northbrook, you will play a vital role in supporting store operations, enhancing customer experience, and maintaining merchandise organization. You will work closely with the RPSO Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to the store's profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound/outbound freight.
  • Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders.
  • Complete merchandise placements to adhere to merchandise standards.
  • Manage merchandise price changes, reticketing, and inventory control processes.
  • Organize and maintain stockroom and back stock areas.
  • Support the setup and takedown of in-store events and activations.
  • Follow all safety procedures in the dock and other work areas.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of retail experience.
  • Flexibility in managing competing tasks with a collaborative mindset.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Product Suite.
  • Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
