Job Description

Summary

The Merchandise Marketing Coordinator supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for merchandise categories, working cross-functionally with merchandising, visual, and store teams. This role helps coordinate promotional calendars, asset production, and campaign logistics to drive product awareness and sales. The coordinator tracks campaign performance and assists with optimizations based on sales and engagement data.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of merchandise marketing campaigns and promotional calendars.
  • Coordinate production of marketing assets, signage, and digital content with vendors and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and store teams to ensure campaign placement and visual consistency.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reporting to inform optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail marketing, merchandising, or related roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with reporting and presentation tools.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills; ability to work on-site and manage multiple priorities.
