Merchandise Operations Associate

Summary

Support store operations through merchandise handling, inventory control, order fulfillment, and stockroom organization. Help maintain merchandise standards and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, transfer, and handle merchandise and freight.
• Pack and ship online and in-store customer orders.
• Organize merchandise placements, price changes, reticketing, damages, and inventory controls.
• Maintain back stock and stockroom organization.
• Assist with merchandising, sale events, signage, and in-store event setup and takedown.
• Follow safety procedures in work areas.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Flexibility to manage competing tasks and a collaborative mindset.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical tasks that may include standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting or carrying up to 35 pounds.
