Merchandise Operations Associate

Summary

The Merchandise Operations Associate supports store sales and the customer experience through stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling. This role maintains merchandise organization and completes daily operational tasks in a Neiman Marcus store.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise handling, transfers, inbound and outbound freight, and customer orders.
• Place merchandise, complete price changes and reticketing, and maintain stockroom organization and inventory controls.
• Support visual merchandising, sale events, signage, and in-store event setup and takedown.
• Follow safety procedures in the stockroom, on the dock, and in other work areas.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to manage competing tasks and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds where required.
