Merchandise Operations Associate

Summary

The Merchandise Operations Associate supports store operations by handling merchandise, fulfilling orders, and maintaining stockroom organization. The role helps ensure merchandise standards are met and enhances the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, handle, transfer, and process inbound and outbound merchandise.
• Pack and ship online and in-store customer orders.
• Complete merchandise placement, price changes, reticketing, and inventory control tasks.
• Maintain back-stock and stockroom organization.
• Support merchandising, sales events, signage, and in-store activations.
• Follow safety procedures in all work areas.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to manage competing tasks and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, which may include standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting or carrying up to 35 pounds.
