Merchandise Operations Associate

Summary

The Merchandise Operations Associate supports daily store operations and helps maintain organized, customer-ready merchandise. The role handles receiving, fulfillment, inventory processes, and merchandise presentation in a Neiman Marcus store.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise, transfers, inbound and outbound freight, and customer order fulfillment.
• Complete merchandise placement, price changes, reticketing, and inventory control tasks.
• Maintain back stock and stockroom organization, and support sale events, signage, and in-store activations.
• Follow safety procedures in the dock and other work areas.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience.
• Basic proficiency with the Microsoft Office product suite.
• Flexibility to manage competing tasks and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds where required.
