Merchandise Operations Associate

Summary

Supports store operations through merchandise handling, inventory organization, and order fulfillment. Helps maintain merchandise standards and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise, transfers, and inbound and outbound freight.
• Pack and ship online and store customer orders.
• Complete price changes, reticketing, inventory control, and stockroom organization.
• Assist with merchandise placement, sale events, signage, and in-store activations.
• Follow safety procedures in the dock and other work areas.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to manage competing tasks and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds for some roles.
