Merchandise Operations Associate

Summary

The Merchandise Operations Associate supports store operations through merchandise handling, inventory control, and order fulfillment. This role helps maintain merchandise organization and standards while supporting store sales and the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise, transfers, and inbound and outbound freight.
• Pack and ship online and in-store customer orders.
• Complete merchandise placement, price changes, reticketing, and inventory control processes.
• Maintain stockroom organization and support visual merchandising, sale events, and in-store activations.
• Follow safety procedures in the dock and other work areas.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to manage competing tasks and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds when required.
