Merchandise Operations Associate

As a Merchandise Operations Associate, you will support the daily operations of merchandise under the guidance of the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager. Your role will involve processing, placement, maintenance, and fulfillment of merchandise, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

• Process inbound merchandise and ensure proper placement and presentation on the selling floor.
• Maintain standards in placement and presentation as directed.
• Participate in store initiatives, including merchandise fill-in, floor recovery, and supply replenishment during peak periods.
• Locate requested merchandise and complete customer orders efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly.
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle merchandise racks and carts.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with technology such as RF guns, PC, iOS devices, and Excel/Word.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule availability to meet business needs.
• Valid driver's license for company vehicle operation as needed.
