Merchandise Operations Associate

As a Merchandise Operations Associate, you will support the daily operations of merchandise at Saks Fifth Avenue, ensuring efficient processing, placement, maintenance, and fulfillment. You will work under the guidance of the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager to drive positive outcomes and meet organizational goals.

• Process inbound merchandise and ensure proper placement and presentation on the selling floor.
• Maintain merchandising standards in compliance with visual guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, including merchandise replenishment and floor recovery during peak periods.
• Locate requested merchandise and complete customer orders promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs efficiently.
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle merchandise racks and carts.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with technology such as RF guns, PCs, and iOS devices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs.
• Valid driver's license for operating company vehicles as needed.
