Summary

The Merchandise Operations Associate supports merchandise flow, presentation, and inventory processes in a retail store. The role also helps maintain the selling floor and responds to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and deliver merchandise to departments, replenishing product as needed.
• Maintain the selling floor, fitting rooms, merchandise displays, and back-of-house areas.
• Process merchandise transfers, customer sends, returns to vendors, markdowns, and signage.
• Respond to customer questions and assist on the sales floor when needed.
• Follow asset protection procedures and complete tasks assigned by store leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with warehouse duties in a retail, customer service, or sales environment.
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of the fashion industry and ability to use inventory systems and store equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
