Merchandise Operations Manager - Roosevelt Field

As a Merchandise Operations Manager at Roosevelt Field, you will oversee and enhance operational performance to support sales and profitability in assigned stores. You will work on-site, reporting to a Senior Operations Manager, and play a key role in improving the customer experience.

• Lead the execution of store Retail Performance and Store Operations strategy.
• Oversee daily execution of store operations including merchandise receiving and movement.
• Support online sales activity through accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage expenses to increase profitability for assigned stores.
• Implement capital fund projects and manage payroll expenses.
• Oversee labor, scheduling, and staffing of assigned stores.
• Collaborate with partners to maintain mechanical and technological responsibilities.
• Directly manage performance of Sales Support Managers, Alterations Manager, and Loss Prevention Leaders.
• Ensure store inventory accuracy and lead the physical inventory process.

• 7+ years of experience, luxury retail fashion experience recommended.
• 4-year degree recommended.
• Track record for achieving business results.
• History of leading, motivating, and coaching teams.
• In-depth knowledge of profit and loss management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
