Merchandise Processor - Last Chance

Summary

Process incoming retail merchandise to make it floor ready in a fast-paced light-weight industrial retail environment. Maintain accuracy in inventory processes and ticketing while supporting store operations and productivity goals. Perform physical tasks including lifting, stocking, and organizing stockrooms and sales floor areas.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare merchandise for sale using specialized software and tools
• Complete inventory tasks and ensure merchandise is accurately checked in and ticketed
• Maintain productivity metrics such as units processed per hour
• Keep stockrooms and sales floor organized, restocked and tidy
• Support store events setup, markdowns and fixture relocation
• Contribute to team goals including safety and training initiatives
• Perform frequent lifting, carrying and physical movement throughout shift

Requirements

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Teamwork and collaboration to meet individual and team productivity goals
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours including bending and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and manipulation
• Flexible availability to work morning or midday and evening shifts based on business needs
