Summary
Process retail merchandise to be floor ready in a fast-paced light-weight industrial environment, maintaining accuracy and high productivity while supporting store operations and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor using customized software and tools
- Complete inventory procedures and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and ticketed
- Meet productivity metrics such as units processed per hour
- Maintain organized and tidy stockrooms and sales floor with regular restocking
- Support team goals including safety, training, and test-and-learn projects
- Assist with special event setup, markdowns and fixture relocation
- Handle, lift and move merchandise as required for operational needs
Requirements
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Teamwork orientation and ability to contribute to team productivity
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Capacity for continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
- Flexible availability to work morning or midday and evening shifts based on business needs
