Merchandise Processor - Yorktown Center Last Chance

Summary

Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor areas by processing incoming merchandise, ensuring items are accurately checked in and ticketed, and supporting store operations such as markdowns and event setup. Work in a fast paced environment requiring physical activity and attention to detail while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming merchandise and complete inventory tasks
• Ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
• Restock sales floor and maintain tidy stockrooms
• Support markdowns and relocation of fixtures
• Assist with setup for special events and store needs
• Provide general support to store team and assist customers as needed
• Perform continuous physical activity including lifting, bending, and reaching

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Capability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
