Job Description

Summary

The Merchandise Supervisor oversees product presentation and inventory for the CHANEL Ready to Wear and Fashion Accessories boutique at the 59th Street location. This role ensures visual standards, stock accuracy, and a premium customer experience while supporting sales goals and collaboration with brand partners.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and execute visual merchandising standards and floor sets for CHANEL merchandise.
  • Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, transfers, and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Work closely with brand representatives and buying teams to coordinate product flow and promotions.
  • Coach and guide sales and stock associates on merchandising, product knowledge, and store procedures.
  • Monitor sales performance and assist in merchandise planning and allocation to meet targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of retail merchandising or supervisory experience, preferably in luxury or department store environments.
  • Strong visual merchandising sense with attention to detail and brand standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to train and lead associates.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays and to perform light physical tasks related to merchandising.
