Summary
Responsible for creating inspiring product presentations for brand and category pages by balancing trend insight, brand strategy, data, and performance. Collaborates with the Category Manager of Ecommerce, Visual Merchandising, and content teams to optimize the online customer journey and conversion. Maintains manual and automated merchandising systems and stays current on market trends to propose new merchandising concepts.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise category, brand, and collection pages according to marketing and visual merchandising directives
- Collaborate with category management, content management, and visual merchandising to enhance customer experience
- Provide recommendations to Category Managers to support conversion optimization
- Analyze sales events and trends to align online assortments with customer interest
- Monitor market trends opportunities assortment competition and buyers vision by category
- Update and maintain manual and automated merchandising in product databases including FredHopper and Hybris Backoffice
- Interpret online analytics and make data driven merchandising decisions
- Contribute to financial and departmental objectives through merchandising initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing E commerce or similar
- Broad knowledge of designers and trends
- Customer centric decision making with focus on the Holt Renfrew customer
- Strong interpersonal teamwork and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; Google Analytics is an asset
- Ability to act as both leader and individual contributor as required
