Merchandising Associate - Women's Leather Goods

As a Merchandising Associate for Women's Leather Goods at Louis Vuitton, you will play a crucial role in supporting the merchandising strategy and driving the business in the Americas. Based in New York City, you will work closely with the Women's Leather Goods Director to execute merchandising plans and develop a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and trends.

• Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for Women's leather goods and distribute to internal stakeholders.
• Develop product support materials and coordinate product launches.
• Manage sample inventory and conduct competitive pricing analysis.
• Organize regional retail meetings and provide administrative support to the team.
• Manage communication flow internally, including monthly merchandising calls.
• Create and update product launch plans and tools for stores and the merchandising team.
• Oversee specific product lines within the Women's Leather goods category under manager's guidance.
• Coordinate new product launches across merchandising departments.

• 3+ years of merchandising experience in the luxury retail sector.
• Strong analytical capabilities and advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding communication and influence skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and knowledge of French is a plus.
• Passion for the luxury retail sector and comprehensive knowledge of its products.
