Job Description

Summary

As a Merchandising Coordinator for Men's Leather Goods and Shoes, you will support the business strategy, buying process, allocation, and distribution in the Americas Boutiques. You will work closely with retail teams and the Paris central merchandising team to ensure client needs are met and market dynamics are understood.

Responsibilities
  • Review weekly sales reports to ensure planned sales and stretch are achieved.
  • Recommend opportunities for reorders in Men's leather goods and shoes.
  • Assist in buffer management and stock rebalances.
  • Review and follow up with shipping and deliveries.
  • Support new store openings and pop-ups.
  • Manage inventory for store events.
  • Support Men's Team on sales, receipt, and stock forecasting.
  • Assist in markdown preparations and seasonal reserve process.
  • Develop a strong understanding of market dynamics through store visits and competitor analysis.
  • Communicate closely with retail teams on client needs and inquiries.
  • Work with the Paris central merchandising team to provide market feedback.
  • Participate in seasonal markets and assist in premarket analysis.
  • Prepare weekly reports and newsletters.
  • Prepare and review fast/slow sellers and sell-through reports.
  • Provide end of season product analysis and recaps.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of merchandising/buying experience, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Strong working knowledge of Retail Math and Retail KPIs.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability for frequent domestic and international travel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
