Merchandising Intern - Fall 2025

As a Merchandising Intern for Women's Ready to Wear at Louis Vuitton Americas in New York City, you will gain practical experience within a fast-paced luxury fashion retail environment. This role focuses on developing analytical, communication, and organizational skills while supporting merchandising strategies, sales analysis, and product launches.

• Assist in maintaining merchandising reports and decks to analyze sales trends and inform business strategies.
• Conduct competitive analysis of the regional Women's RTW market.
• Support collection launches by creating product knowledge tools and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in team meetings, product trainings, and store visits.
• Manage routine deliverables and ad-hoc requests, demonstrating strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Oversee sample closet management and tracking.
• Support team with seasonal buy preparation and showroom needs.
• Engage with the LVA WRTW community chatline for retail support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Visual Merchandising, Retail Learning, Supply Chain, and Client Relations.

• Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field.
• Relevant coursework or internship experience in merchandising.
• Familiarity and passion for the luxury fashion industry.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Able and willing to work at the assigned location or relocate to NYC.
