Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Men's Ready-to-Wear (RTW) - Merchandising Intern to join our corporate team in New York City. This internship offers hands-on experience in luxury merchandising, developing core business, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Supporting the Men's RTW category, the intern will assist with merchandising strategies, product launches, assortment analysis, and market insights. Through structured reporting, analytical projects, and collaboration across the business, you will gain meaningful exposure to luxury retail operations and client-centric strategy.
The ideal candidates will be current undergraduates or graduate students pursuing a degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field. Candidates should bring curiosity, a willingness to learn, and an interest in luxury retail, fashion, merchandising, footwear, craftsmanship, client experience, and consumer trends.
This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working with data, is comfortable using or learning Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and is interested in strengthening analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and project management skills. The team values a proactive and collaborative mindset, attention to detail, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to contribute positively to cross-functional partnerships.
Compensation
Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at: $20/hour
Graduate Interns will be compensated at $25/hour
Criteria
This position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.
