Job Description

Summary

10-week summer merchandising internship based in corporate offices in Seattle focused on learning entry level merchant responsibilities while contributing to buying squads and completing an independent impact project. Interns will develop business and analytical skills, attend speaker events, and may be considered for full time roles upon graduation. Housing is provided for those living 30 miles or further during the program.

Responsibilities

  • Participate as a member of a specific buying squad
  • Develop understanding of customer needs and expectations
  • Assist with business analysis to improve department performance
  • Work shoulder to shoulder with buying teams to learn entry level merchant tasks
  • Complete an independent impact project and present findings to leadership
  • Attend executive speaker events and engage with presenters
  • Support team communication and follow through on assigned tasks

Requirements

  • Active college student enrolled in an accredited institution pursuing a bachelor degree in Merchandising Business or related field
  • Graduating in 2026 or 2027
  • Able to commit to a full time schedule for the 10 week summer program
  • Able to relocate to Seattle for the duration of the internship
  • Strong business acumen math skills and ability to analyze data
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to learn new processes quickly
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
