Merchandising Manager - Men's Shoes

The Gucci Merchandising Manager - Men’s Shoes is responsible for overseeing the buying activities for men's shoes across retail and eCommerce channels in North America. This role requires a client-centric approach to tailor assortments for each market and store, ensuring cross-functional cooperation to support brand objectives and maximize sales.

• Adapt and implement the worldwide buying strategy at the regional level.
• Collaborate on special projects during buying campaigns.
• Perform in-season analysis to optimize assortments by store.
• Coordinate with Inventory Planning for stock distribution.
• Monitor sales and initiate strategies to optimize stock and boost sales.
• Conduct regular store visits and collaborate with store teams.
• Provide strategic input for visual merchandising setups.

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Finance, or related discipline desired.
• 4-5 years of relevant buying experience in a fashion or luxury environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally.
• Able to work a demanding schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
