Summary

Lead merchandising strategy and execution to drive product assortments, visual presentation, and sales performance across channels. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies and seasonal assortments.
• Collaborate with buying and planning to set inventory levels and replenishment plans.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with marketing and visual teams to execute in-store and online presentations.
• Manage product lifecycle from assortment selection to markdown strategies.
• Prepare forecasts and track performance against targets.
• Lead cross functional meetings to align merchandising priorities.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of merchandising or related experience.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using sales and inventory data.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising principles and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross functional partners.
• Proficiency with merchandising or planning tools and spreadsheets.
