Merchandising Manager - Women's

As a Merchandising Manager for Women's at Givenchy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the merchandising strategies that align with the brand's vision and market demands. You will oversee product selection, inventory management, and sales analysis, collaborating with various departments to drive sales and profitability. Your leadership will guide junior merchandisers and team members in implementing effective merchandising plans.

• Identify and select products that align with the company's brand and market demands.
• Review and suggest pricing strategies and manage order entry and sizing.
• Update and review open-to-buy plans and collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager.
• Monitor stock levels and analyze sales data to forecast future inventory needs.
• Conduct sales performance analysis and market research to stay informed about industry trends.
• Collaborate with visual merchandisers to create appealing store layouts and displays.
• Work closely with the e-commerce team to monitor product performance online.
• Lead and mentor junior merchandisers and collaborate with sales teams and marketing.

• 4-6 years of buying experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Strong understanding of merchandising financials and retail math.
• Proven experience building profitable business and knowledge of Open-to-Buy process.
• In-depth experience in Women’s Leathergoods and RTW.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising or equivalent experience.
• Expert knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
