Merchandising Operations Associate - Dadeland

Summary

The Merchandising Operations Associate supports daily merchandise operations, including processing, placement, maintenance, and fulfillment. The role helps maintain selling-floor standards and provides responsive customer service when fulfilling customer orders.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound merchandise and place and present merchandise on the selling floor according to standards.
• Support floor recovery, merchandise replenishment, and other store projects as needed.
• Locate requested merchandise and fulfill customer orders while addressing customer needs.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and handle merchandise racks and carts.
• Computer skills and ability to use RF guns, PCs, iOS devices, office software, and proprietary platforms.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and follow through on assigned tasks.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle when required, in accordance with state driver’s license standards.
