Summary

The Merchandising Operations Associate supports merchandise flow, presentation, and inventory operations in a Saks OFF 5TH store. The role helps maintain a well-organized selling floor and back-of-house while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and deliver merchandise to departments, and replenish products as needed.
• Maintain the selling floor, fitting rooms, merchandise displays, and back-of-house areas.
• Process markdowns, transfers, customer sends, and returns to vendors.
• Respond to customer needs, assist on the sales floor, and follow asset protection procedures.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects according to store standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience performing warehouse duties in a retail, customer service, or sales environment.
• Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the fashion industry and ability to use retail equipment and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
