Merchandising Operations Associate

Summary

The Merchandising Operations Associate supports daily store merchandise operations, including processing, placement, maintenance, and fulfillment. The role helps ensure merchandise is presented to store standards while providing responsive customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound merchandise and place and present products on the selling floor.
• Maintain merchandise placement and presentation standards, and assist with floor recovery and supply replenishment.
• Locate requested merchandise and complete customer orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and support other store projects as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and handle merchandise racks and carts.
• Computer skills and ability to use RF guns, PCs, iOS devices, Excel, Word, and proprietary platforms.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and follow through on assigned tasks.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle as needed, where applicable, in accordance with state driver's license requirements.
