Merchandising Operations Associate

Summary

Support merchandise flow and presentation in a Saks OFF 5TH store. Maintain store and back-of-house standards while helping deliver a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, transfer, and replenish merchandise promptly.
• Maintain selling floor and fitting room presentation, including markdowns, signage, and go-backs.
• Keep back-of-house areas clean and organized and follow asset protection procedures.
• Answer customer questions, assist on the sales floor, and complete tasks assigned by store leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with warehouse duties in a retail, customer service, or sales environment.
• Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and equipment such as POS registers, ticket scanners, and sensor removers.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
