Summary

The Merchandising Operations Associate supports daily store merchandise operations, including processing, placement, maintenance, and fulfillment. The role helps maintain merchandise presentation standards and provides responsive customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound merchandise and place merchandise on the selling floor.
• Maintain merchandise placement and presentation standards.
• Support floor replenishment, recovery, and other store projects as needed.
• Locate merchandise and complete customer orders while addressing customer needs.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and handle merchandise racks and carts.
• Computer skills and ability to use store technology and software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and complete assigned tasks.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle when required and meet applicable driver’s license standards.
