Merchandising Operations Associate

Summary

Supports merchandise flow and presentation to enhance the customer experience. Maintains merchandise standards across the selling floor and back-of-house while assisting customers and sales-floor teams as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, replenish, and transfer merchandise, following visual directives and brand standards.
• Maintain the selling floor, fitting rooms, fixtures, windows, and back-of-house areas; complete markdowns and returns.
• Respond to customer needs, assist on the sales floor, and follow asset protection procedures.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects promptly and accurately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience performing warehouse duties in a retail, customer service, or sales environment.
• Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to manage shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of the fashion industry and ability to use POS, inventory systems, and related equipment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
