Merchandising Operations Associate

Summary

The Merchandising Operations Associate supports efficient merchandise flow and presentation in the store. This role helps maintain a well-organized selling floor and back-of-house while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, transfer, and replenish merchandise promptly.
• Maintain selling-floor and fitting-room presentation, including markdowns, signage, and go-backs.
• Keep back-of-house areas clean and organized and follow asset protection procedures.
• Respond to customer questions and assist on the sales floor as needed.
• Complete tasks and special projects assigned by store leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with warehouse duties in a retail, customer service, or sales environment.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of the fashion industry and familiarity with inventory systems and retail equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
