Merchandising Support Associate - Aventura

Summary

Support merchandising operations for the store in Aventura by assisting with product presentation, inventory tasks, and execution of visual directives to ensure a premium customer experience. Collaborate with store leadership and cross functional teams to maintain merchandising standards and respond to merchandising needs on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting floor sets and visual displays according to brand guidelines
• Receive and process merchandise shipments and update inventory records
• Organize stockroom and replenish product on the sales floor
• Conduct regular merchandise audits and correct presentation issues
• Support price markdowns, tagging, and signage updates
• Coordinate with store leadership to prioritize merchandising tasks
• Help prepare and stage product for promotional events and launches

Requirements

• Prior retail or merchandising experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and fixtures as required
• Strong attention to detail and visual awareness
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible availability to support store needs and visual resets
