Summary

The Merchandising Support Associate will assist with visual merchandising and product presentation for the Polo store in Bergen County. This role supports store teams in implementing merchandising standards, executing floor moves, and maintaining product displays to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and refreshing visual displays and fixtures on the sales floor
• Support inventory replenishment and product presentation
• Execute floor moves and planogram changes as directed
• Ensure merchandise is clean, properly ticketed, and organized
• Collaborate with store management to maintain merchandising standards
• Assist with receiving and processing shipments when needed
• Report merchandising issues and supply needs to supervisors

Requirements

• Retail or visual merchandising experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and fixtures
• Strong attention to detail and presentation skills
• Good teamwork and communication abilities
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• Ability to follow directions and work independently when required
