Merchandising Support Associate

Summary

Provide operational and merchandising support on the sales floor to maintain visual standards, inventory accuracy, and effective product presentation. Collaborate with store leadership to execute floor moves, replenishment, and tagging to support sales and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support merchandising activities including floor sets, product replenishment, and signage installation.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, pricing, tagging, and organizing merchandise.
• Maintain visual presentation and ensure planogram and display compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and assist with stock organization.

Requirements

• 1-2 years retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Ability to lift merchandise and stand for extended periods; able to handle physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow visual merchandising guidelines.
