Job Description

Summary

As a Merchandising Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of merchandising strategies at our Boca Raton location. You will work closely with the merchandising team to maintain product presentation and support sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation of merchandising plans and strategies.
Maintain product displays and ensure they are visually appealing and stocked.
Collaborate with the sales team to support promotional activities and sales events.
Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in a retail or merchandising role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of merchandising principles and retail operations.
