Merchandising Support Associate

Summary

The Merchandising Support Associate assists the store merchandising team in executing visual presentations and maintaining floor standards. This role supports replenishment, signage, and product placement to ensure an elevated customer experience. The associate works closely with store leadership to implement merchandising plans and maintain inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising and display resets according to brand standards
• Receive, unpack, price, and process incoming merchandise
• Maintain merchandise presentation, signage, and product placement on the sales floor
• Collaborate with sales and stock teams to support inventory replenishment and floor sets

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of retail or visual merchandising experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks on the sales floor
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills; availability for weekends and holidays
