Merchandising Support Associate

Summary

The Merchandising Support Associate will assist with merchandising operations at the Orlando store location, supporting visual presentation, inventory replenishment, and store readiness to drive sales and customer experience. This full time role requires collaboration with store and regional teams to execute merchandising plans and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of merchandising layouts and visual displays
• Assist with stock replenishment and on floor presentation
• Receive and process incoming inventory shipments
• Maintain store standards for product presentation and signage
• Coordinate with store leadership on merchandising needs
• Perform regular inventory counts and reporting
• Help prepare promotional setups and seasonal resets

Requirements

• Prior retail or merchandising experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and fixtures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends
• Basic computer skills for inventory and reporting tasks
