Summary

The Merchandising Support Associate helps create a neat, clean, organized, and engaging shopping experience. The role supports the merchandise journey through product presentation, replenishment, and back-of-house organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers on the selling floor.
• Handle merchandise tasks including floor presentation, event organization, markdowns, vendor returns, re-ticketing, replenishment, and damage processing.
• Maintain organized merchandise presentation and back-of-house stockrooms.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
• Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
